Club FAQ
What counts as a "quick question"?
Anything you could text a friend — "is this email a scam?", "how do I turn off iCloud backup?", "my printer won't print — what now?" — that's what membership covers. Bigger jobs (full PC tune-ups, malware, site builds) are separate, but members get up to 30% off.
Can I cancel whenever?
Yes. Text "cancel" any time — no forms, no callback to "retain you," nothing awkward. Your access runs until the end of the current month.
How is the monthly billed?
First month you can pay via Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal — TK sends you a recurring reminder. Auto-billing via a pay platform is in the works.
What if I already paid for a service this month?
If you signed up for Club the same week you paid for a service, the discount applies retroactively — just text TK the receipt.
Is there a family / household plan?
Pro covers one household (up to 4 devices). Need more than that? Text TK and we'll cook something up.
