TKDL TECH LLC ("TKDL TECH", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

You give us directly: name, email, phone number, and the details of your request when you fill out a form, book a session, or email us. For scheduled calls you may also provide a preferred time window.

Collected automatically: basic server log data (IP address, browser type, referring page) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use tracking cookies on this site. If we add analytics later, we will use a privacy-respecting provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) that does not set cookies or build cross-site profiles.

We do NOT collect: your credit card number, bank account information, passwords, social security number, or any information we don't need to deliver the service you asked for.

How we use it

Respond to your questions and deliver the services you request.
Send appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
Issue receipts and invoices.
Comply with tax and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We will share it with service providers (Formspree, Calendly/Cal.com, AnyDesk, Stripe, Bcon, Triple-A, our email host) only as needed to run the service and under those providers' own privacy policies.

Remote sessions

During a remote session we see only what is on your screen while the session is active. We do not record sessions unless you ask us to. We do not copy files to our own systems. When the session ends, our access ends.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe (when enabled), Bcon, or Triple-A. TKDL TECH does not see or store your full payment credentials. Each processor has its own privacy policy, which we recommend reviewing.

Data retention

We keep customer contact and invoice records for as long as necessary to provide service and meet legal obligations (typically 7 years for financial records). You may request that we delete information we aren't legally required to retain by emailing us.

Your choices

Ask what we have: email us and we'll tell you.
Correct anything wrong: email us.
Delete non-mandatory records: email us.
Unsubscribe: every non-transactional message has an unsubscribe link.
