These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by TKDL TECH LLC ("TKDL TECH", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
TKDL TECH provides remote and on-site technology services, including computer repair, website design, remote desktop support (via AnyDesk and similar tools), AI chatbot development, marketing campaign management, and technology consulting. Specific deliverables are described in writing per engagement.
Remote support is performed only at your explicit invitation, using a session code that you generate. You may end any session at any time. We do not install persistent remote-access software on your devices without your written consent. We do not store, copy, or transmit your personal files beyond what is necessary to complete the service you requested.
Fees are quoted in US dollars and are due when services are rendered unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, supported cryptocurrencies, and (when available) credit card. Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed; please confirm the amount before sending. Monthly plans renew automatically on the anniversary of your sign-up and may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
For one-time remote repair services, if we diagnose your issue and are unable to resolve it remotely, you will receive a full refund of the service fee. This guarantee does not cover hardware costs, third-party software licenses, ad spend, or issues caused by factors outside our control (e.g., ISP outages, upstream service failures).
You may not ask us to perform or assist with anything unlawful, including unauthorized access to computer systems, copyright infringement, or circumventing technical protections you do not own. We may decline any request that conflicts with our ethics or the law, and may terminate service at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKDL TECH's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We strongly recommend maintaining current backups of your data before any service.
Our site integrates third-party services including AnyDesk (remote desktop), Calendly or Cal.com (scheduling), Formspree (form routing), Stripe (card payments, when enabled), Bcon and Triple-A (cryptocurrency gateways), and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
